Request a Project
Please note that Build and Restore is not a funding organization. If you are needing to raise funds for your project we recommend starting your own fundraising campaign. Once you have the necessary funds in place then contact us and we will work with you to provide volunteer labor to help make your project a reality.
Please have supporting documentation ready for us to review upon request. We ask that you provide reference documentation such as a Design Plan, Research Report, References, Scope of Work, Operational Plan, Business Plan, and the like be submitted together when we request it after receiving your initial project request from this form.
Host Requirements
Project dates need to be set 4 months in advance. The host shall offer three dates in order of preference upon applying.
Project location, building permits, equipment, and building resources need to be ready 1 week before the volunteer group arrives.
The host will need to make a $100, tax-deductible, non-refundable deposit that will go towards project costs upon applying to secure your spot on our calendar.
The host will prepare 3 vegetarian meals a day for the volunteers.
The host will provide housing with running water and showers for the group.
The host will provide transportation to pick up supplies and materials for the job site.
The host will submit a to do list at least a month in advance in order of importance, keeping in mind that we will do as many tasks as time permits. The host will also make alternative plans due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
The host will gather all needed materials, supplies, equipment, and tools one week before our arrival. A list of necessary items will be written by the host to be used as a checklist to make sure all needed supplies and tools are ready for the arrival of the volunteer group. BRI may be able to provide some of the materials that are donated to the ministry.
